Important Disclosures

By placing an order with Muse Space you confirm your agreement with all of our store policies, including this one.

Please read carefully before placing an order:

  • Muse Space  is not liable for delays or losses in delivery.All shipments are handled by Australia Post and customers should contact these carriers directly for issues regarding late or lost packages.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as shipping origin, destination, processing times, and customs delays.
  • Due to hygiene and sanitary protocols, ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
  • Colors displayed on a computer or phone screen may not accurately represent the actual product color. If you have any doubts about color selection checks instagrams for reference pictures or please contact us before placing your order, and we can provide a swatch preview.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is dispatched, it is handled by the shipping provider, and Muse Space has limited liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

 

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item or it does not function properly, we will review your claim on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund or exchange (minus the cost of shipping and handling).

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for replacement or refund.

For verification, we may request proof of the defect via photos or videos.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final except in cases of defective or damaged products.


Return Process for Defective or Damaged Items

To submit a claim:

1. Email us at sb.nails.shop@gmail.com with the subject: “Return Claim”

2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or videos as proof.

3. If your claim qualifies, we will send you a return form and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be processed minus shipping fees.


Exceptions & Order Changes

Order Changes: Changes to an order must be requested within 3 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed or shipped, modifications cannot be made.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges due to hygiene standards.

  • Pre-orders
    When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
    You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
