Processing Time 

• Orders placed before 12 p.m. will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Friday) from our warehouse in Melbourne via Australia Post.

• Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

• Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

• Processing times may extend by 3-5 business days during peak periods due to increased order volumes.

• Custom press-on nail orders require additional processing time, depending on the design and client requirements.

 

Tracking & Order Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email.

• If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
